Since 1993 S. Strashin and Sons Limited has purchased, renovated and repositioned existing beam and post, garment factory buildings in the downtown west, into office/loft space. Unlike others in this area we have eschewed the brick and beam look in favour of insulating walls and roofs, upgrading windows and adding higher efficiency HVAC. Other energy saving strategies were also incorporated.

The building is actually located near the geographic centre of the city with access to Highways 400 and 401, the new Eglinton LRT and parks.
